Lifetime of awareness:
When I was 19 years old, what was supposed to be simple surgery became a life-threatening event which held me 40 days in the hospital, and required a full year of recovery. At a young age, I became very aware of how precious life was and how important it was to live it fully.
So I made it a priority to value every precious moment of my life and make each day count. From that moment on, it was clear to me and many around me, that I became a source of wisdom in many aspects of life.
Career and Business:
When you are in this state of awareness, there are no limitations that can be imposed on you.
Here are a few roles I played in my careers:
Structure Calculation Engineer, Sales and Marketing Manager, Technical Director, Web Developer, University Professor, Education Consultant, Sales Engineer, Account Manager, Business Owner, Business Consultant, Leadership and Life coach.
I started 4 businesses, lived in two different countries, learned about different cultures and languages.
Clearly self-development value was and still is very important to me.
Coaching:
As I was living this life of awareness dedicated to self-development, I knew I was not necessarily sharing the same philosophy with everyone. It was fine and I accepted it for a while, when a couple of events happened in my life that made me realize that I wanted to help others professionally. This realization came from personal experience with people close to me that truly needed help, and with business consulting clients with whom conversations about their business needs started to look a lot more like coaching. This is when my journey into Emotional Intelligence and Coaching started.
I believe that now, even more than ever before, people need to reconnect with themselves and one another to achieve a greater level of consciousness.
